Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of interopdatapartners.com(the “Site”), operated by Interop Data Partners LLC (“IDP,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Informational purpose only
The Site presents general information about our clinical document migration services. Its content is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute technical, legal, compliance, or professional advice, and it does not create a consultant–client relationship. Any engagement is governed solely by a separate, signed written agreement between you and IDP.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its normal operation, scraping at a rate that degrades service, or using it to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. Do not submit protected health information or other sensitive personal data through the Site’s contact form.

The Site and its original content, design, and branding are owned by IDP and protected by applicable law. OnBase® is a registered trademark of Hyland Software, Inc. Epic® and Gallery are products and/or trademarks of Epic Systems Corporation. IDP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hyland Software, Inc. or Epic Systems Corporation. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IDP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing on the Site limits any rights or obligations set out in a signed engagement agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
