Who we are

Interop Data Partners LLC (“IDP,” “we,” “us”), an Ohio limited liability company, is a clinical document migration practice. This policy explains what information we collect through interopdatapartners.com(the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Information you provide. When you use our contact form or email us, we collect the details you submit — typically your name, work email address, organization, and the contents of your message.
  • Technical logs. Our servers automatically record standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security, diagnostics, and abuse prevention.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, discuss potential engagements, and provide the services you request. We use technical logs to operate, secure, and improve the Site. We process this information because it is necessary to respond to your request and to pursue our legitimate interest in running our business securely.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of vetted providers to operate the Site — including a cloud hosting provider and a transactional email delivery service that carries contact-form submissions to us. These providers process data only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us.

Protected health information

This Site is an informational marketing site. It is not intended for the submission of protected health information (PHI) or any patient data, and you should not send PHI through the contact form. Any PHI handled during a client engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, including a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement where applicable — not by this policy.

Retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of our business correspondence, and then delete or anonymize it in the normal course. Technical logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers — to protect information submitted through the Site. To report a security concern, see our security.txt.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided, or to stop contacting you, by emailing ryan@interopdatapartners.com. The Site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
